Nurturing Youth Charity in Greater Manchester
Pathfinder UK is a unique and dynamic youth organisation providing strong character and resilience building for 5- to 25-year-olds. Based in Manchester, we specialise in encouraging young people to explore and develop their leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and adventure skills. Our parent associations, Rotary's Pathfinders Association and Combined Cadet Force, produce some of the most knowledgeable, qualified, and well-rounded youth leaders.
Our programme is an incredibly unique opportunity that can launch the success of a young person's life. With our strong commitment to developing leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and adventure skills, we can launch a young person's journey to success in life. Through our exceptional membership options, we offer a transformative experience for young people in Greater Manchester. From our Bobcats programme for the youngest members (School Years 1-3) to our Pathfinder Cadets for those in School Years 7–10 and our Senior Cadets/Junior Leaders for those in Year 11 and further education, we cater to a wide range of age groups.
Through a carefully crafted curriculum and a variety of engaging activities, we aim to nurture their confidence, boost their self-esteem, and cultivate their resilience. We provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and skill-building while also fostering lasting friendships and a sense of belonging within our community. In addition to the incredible experiences you'll receive from being part of Pathfinder UK, it's also an excellent way to make lifelong friendships. We encourage our members to build solid bonds with other members based on mutual interests, similar values, and exploration adventures.
